Preschool and Childcare CLOSED

In the courtyard at Ancestor Square

Currently, I am not accepting any new children in the preschool or childcare portion of Kids at Play Southern Utah because the business is closed.

I have partnered with Ms. Victoria of Little Homesteaders Society and we are offering free classes to be held on Saturdays at the Downtown Farmers Market located at Ancestor Square, 2 N Main Street.

See Little Homesteaders Society for more information and upcoming events.

Transitions

This last school year has been a real learning experience as I have taught preschool in my home twice weekly. It's been a joy.

I would like to transition over to an additional day of preschool as a co-op day with other moms to use this wonderful space, share in planning lessons, activities and snack time.

I will also be offering part or full-time in home childcare. Limited space available. 8 am - 6 pm Monday-Friday.

In the meantime, Happy Summer Holidays :)

Preschool Co-Op

Next school year I am thinking of mixing things up a bit and doing a preschool co-op program where we can have an affordable option for moms who want to participate in the creative side of teaching our kids. Plus, I know a lot of Moms who have some different talent that we can share with each other's children. I don't speak Spanish, but many moms do. I speak a little Dutch. I love art and baking with kids. Other moms are great with teaching reading and writing.

If you are interested in joining a preschool co - op here in St. George UT but you want the location to be consistent, it would be located in my home, send me a message through our facebook page and we will set up some brainstorming sessions :)
